Here's a little bit about me!
I live in the UK, in Derbyshire, in the beautiful Peak District with my husband( my I.T manager!!) and family. I am a Mum of three fabulous young adults and our gorgeous dog!
I discovered Mixed media Art Journaling over 8 years ago and have been totally swept up by it! I genuinely believe that art journaling is great for mental well being as it gives a great outlet for what's on your mind. Just spending 10 minutes a day being creative is very grounding.
I love bright colours- especially rainbows, they do feature a lot in my work! I also enjoy working with neutral colours too! In fact any colour goes!!!!
I also enjoy crochet- a lot of which is rainbow themed( we have many blankets!!! ) and I love sewing and gardening too!
I have designed for Funky Fossil in the UK, Artstacks and Natalie May Scrapbooking in Australia. I am a brand ambassador as well for Natalie May Scrapbooking and Dina Wakley
I am also excited to be teaching through Natalie May Scrapbooking's website- the classes are taught online and are recorded live through a private Facebook group. I am super excited to be going to Australia to teach in May 2025. I am currently teaching a year long class filling an art journal in a whole year through Natalie's website as I did last year .
I am also running a range of in person classes, starting in Chesterfield, UK. Please see this page for details, and you can come and book a 1 to 1 arty session with me in my Studio.
